In the early days of the videostore the French Extreme Cinema was hitting the dusty shelves hard. High Tension, Frontiers, Inside, and ofcourse Martyrs. A forgotten gem that has been out of print for years was Calvaire AKA The Ordeal. A different type of extreme horror in that it focuses more on the uncomfortable than the blood and guts. Needless to say the videostore is happy as hell to see return. Let’s what else is hitting the shop shall we..
